Nobody will reproach me that I have acted these years contrary to the opinion of the people,» he told journalists at polling station number 1 in Minsk where he cast his vote in the presidential polls. And he added:
«If you give me carte blanche for some breakthrough or revolutionary transformation, if you really want it — we will do it. The problem is not me — the problem is society.»
